A place just for you

Do you need a warm place for yourself? Relax and unwind in this peaceful, stylish vinted space. This studio/tiny house is indoors in our farmhouse. From the balcony, you have a view of the river Maas. You live on our property with the animals and in the summer with a few more guests who stay in caravans. It's quiet here but not silent. So you really hear a car, the flushing of our toilet or the lawnmower of the neighbors. People from the city find it quiet here! The space This indoor studio is a tiny house on the inside of our farm. You enter through a gate in your own garden and then via a staircase on the balcony. From there, you have a view of the river Maas. In front of your garden is a duck run. Behind it, 2 oxen walk in the meadow. You wake up here in the morning to the sounds of animals. The tiny house has a cozy space with a kitchenette and a loft bed. You have to go up stairs to get into bed. Rewarded with a view of the starry sky! You can hear sounds from our house because it is indoor. We live with 4 people in the farmhouse. Furthermore, in the summer we have 3 small caravans on the property that are rented out. You are in heaven on earth here. Especially in summer when there are many flowers in our yard. In our area you can go anywhere: walks along the Maas, a lunchroom (weekdays) within walking distance, in summer a tea garden and marina. You are here in the land of Maas and Waal in the middle of the country. Extra: need personal help? I have taken many courses and can offer you coaching. Guest access You have everything to yourself in this house! Other things to note You have to go up a flight of stairs to the room and up a flight of stairs to get into bed. With us, everything runs on 1 central heating system. So it may happen that your jet in the shower is less, if there happen to be more people tapping hot water. Cooking is done on a 2-burner induction plate.
