Perfect solution for families or groups of friends. • 2 full bathrooms: functional and private, ideal for short or long-term stays. Every corner of the house is designed to ensure you have an unforgettable stay. Shared areas of the complex: • Pool: During the summer months, you can freely access the condominium pool to cool off after your Roman excursions. • Parking: you will have a private, covered parking space and protected within the complex, for total peace of mind. Privacy Note: Access to the common areas is governed by the condominium's well-established rules to ensure an atmosphere of peace and decorum for all guests and residents. Other things to note Registration and support As required by Italian regulations, upon arrival, you will need to provide the IDs of all guests for mandatory registration, which is a quick and easy process. The host is always available for anything you need to ensure you have a worry-free stay.
