The lounge is a welcoming place to relax, with a long comfy sofa, Smart TV and board games, and it flows nicely into the dining area and out to the garden, making it easy for everyone to spend time together. There are five bedrooms in total, all prepared with fresh linen and day and night blinds for a good night’s sleep. One bedroom has a double bed and its own en suite shower room, three further bedrooms each have a double bed, and the fifth bedroom has a single bed, which works well for a child or solo guest. The layout suits families, groups, contractors and work crews, with space for up to nine guests. The house has two full bathrooms, one with a walk in shower and one with a bath and shower, as well as a separate toilet on the ground floor. Fresh towels, toiletries and a hairdryer are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining, including an oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster, along with cookware, utensils and tableware. There is a large dining table that is great for shared meals or using as a workspace. Outside, you will find a private, fenced garden with a patio area, which is secure and ideal for families. Free street parking is available, and the house is well connected with a tram stop and bus routes within walking distance. There is also quick access to the M60 and Manchester city centre, making it a convenient base for both business and leisure trips. Free WiFi, a Smart TV, washing machine, drying rack, iron, heating and self check in via lockbox are all included to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. Guest access Guests will have the entire house to themselves during their stay. This includes the bedrooms, the bathrooms, the living and dining area and the fully equipped kitchen, and garden so you can relax and enjoy the space in complete privacy. You will also have access to free WiFi, a Smart TV, fresh towels and bed linen, along with all the basic essentials you need for a comfortable stay. There are no shared areas, the house is yours to enjoy from check in to check out. Other things to note Pre check in: Before arrival, guests are required to complete a digital check in, provide a valid ID and place a refundable security deposit. This deposit will be returned after check out, provided there is no damage or missing items. Rubbish and waste: Please make sure all rubbish is placed in the bins provided before you check out. Smoking: Smoking, including vaping and e-cigarettes, is not permitted anywhere inside the apartment. If there is any sign of smoking a cleaning charge will be applied.
