The ground floor is open and social so you can cook, chat, and eat together. The kitchen is fully equipped, but the details stand out: the light on the counter, the smell of fresh coffee drifting into the living room. Upstairs, two bedrooms set two moods: one for deep sleep with blackout curtains, the other bright and flexible, perfect for guests or a quiet workspace. The main bathroom feels like a mini spa. Sink into the jacuzzi tub after exploring Milan or Como, or enjoy the walk-in shower for quick refreshes. A second bathroom adds extra convenience. Step onto your private balcony for a slow morning or enjoy the small front garden for fresh air before heading out. You’ll have full use of the kitchen, both bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and the private balcony and garden. Whether you’re here for a weekend or a month, there’s no “off-limits” cupboard or hidden corner. If it’s in the house, it’s yours to enjoy. Private parking is right in front of the door, making arrivals and departures completely stress free. No circling the block or worrying about street restrictions. Just park, unload, and start relaxing. If you’re working remotely, you’ll have a dedicated workspace and fast Wi-Fi to keep you connected. If you’re here for leisure, that same Wi-Fi will stream your favorite shows or help you plan tomorrow’s adventures with ease. From the moment you arrive, this will feel less like a rental and more like your own Italian home base. Other things to note Parking is private and located right in front of the house, making it easy to load and unload your bags. There is a small ramp on the side of the driveway, but it is too narrow for vehicles and not suitable for use. Please use the main parking space at the front for all arrivals and departures. The two main bedrooms are upstairs, but there is also a sofa bed downstairs for guests who prefer to stay on one level. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that guests avoid loud gatherings or parties. Check-in is simple and flexible with a secure lockbox, so you can arrive at your own pace. Extra cleaning or linen changes are not available during the stay, so the space will be fully prepared for you at check-in. We don't accommodate pets.
