Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps. ● Pet policy: Pets are not allowed ● Parking: There is parking for up to 5 cars. No street parking. Situated on a peaceful waterfront road along the bay in Galveston, this home offers a serene fishing retreat while still being close to Galveston's vibrant attractions. Whether you're interested in exploring local shops, dining at fantastic restaurants, or lounging on the sandy shores, everything you need is just a short drive away. ● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip. ● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book. By completing your reservation, you agree to our rental terms and conditions, which include identity verification before check-in. Depending on the property and booking, you may be required to: ● Provide a government-issued photo ID ● Provide a valid credit card with a name matching your ID ● Confirm your contact information ● Complete our verification portal Check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is complete. All information collected is used solely for screening and verification — it is not stored or shared for any other purpose. GVR-15530 - Guests must be 24+ to book the property. - One-night stays must be approved. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. - Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. - Pets are not allowed - Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. - Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
