We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal. We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a MINIMUM of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at this home at any time. Occupancy is the maximum number of guests allowed at the home at any time. PARKING Free parking available for 4 cars in the driveway. No street parking allowed. Campers and trailers of any kind are not allowed at the property. PET POLICY Two small dogs (each under 20 lbs) or one medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) are allowed.
