Luxury 3 Bedroom Lodge at Fairway Lakes Village nestled within Caldecott Hall a 400-Acre estate which has a golf and leisure complex. Tranquillity and luxury combined amidst 400 acres of serene countryside. Tucked away in the heart of Norfolk’s picturesque landscape, our lodge offers a peaceful retreat from the demands of everyday life. We invite you to unwind, recharge, and reconnect with the beauty of nature. The space The lodge provides light and airy accommodation, which is arranged over two floors. The living area is located on the first floor, with an open plan kitchen and lounge area. There is a modern, fully fitted kitchen with a dining table and chairs. The lounge is comfortable with bi-folding doors opening to a balcony with another dining area, over looking the resort. There is also a WC on the first floor. Underfloor heating throughout. The three bedrooms are all on the ground floor, the master with king size bed has an en-suite shower room. There is a further double bedroom and another with 2 single beds, which has a door leading out to the veranda where the hot tub and sauna are located. The family bathroom is also downstairs. DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED ONSITE Sorry no BBQ’s Guest access Our lodge has been thoughtfully designed to ensure your comfort and satisfaction, with amenities including private hot tub and sauna that promise moments of tranquility and indulgence. As well as enjoying the entire lodge you also benefit from reduced rates at the Barnworks facility which have pool and spa facilities. Caldecott Hall Golf Club is also on site providing access to guest to the Golf Course and Restaurant and Bar facilities. Other things to note The site is run by a management company and is very well maintained and overseen. Any breach of the site or house rules will result in guests being asked to leave, in this event, no monies will be refunded. It is a quiet resort and neighbourhood and we ask that our guests respect this. Please do let me know if you have any questions at all regarding this or anything else. Dogs are not permitted on the site. If you are interested in using the facilities at the Barnworks, please check with them for opening hours and swim times (especially with children) as they do vary throughout the year and they open limited hours. Redwings café, located directly across the road, adds further dining options and the chance to visit their horse sanctuary. With scenic countryside, riverside walks, and the renowned Norfolk Broads on your doorstep, there is plenty to discover in this tranquil setting. Surrounding area - Somerleyton Hall and Gardens is 5 miles, hosting annual events and renowned for its stately home and grounds. - Boat hire is available at Saint Olaves, 2 miles away, for those wanting to explore the Broads. - Gorleston-on-Sea with its sandy beach is 5 miles from the property. - The seaside resort and pleasure beach of Great Yarmouth is 7 miles away. - Chalet is super-insulated for year-round comfort and energy efficiency. - Set in a peaceful environment with beautiful water and fairway scenery. - Dining and leisure options are available on site and nearby.
