Beach and country house in Chocaya-Asia Pet Friendly

Our house is located at Chocalla Beach at km 92.5 of the Panamericana Sur highway, south of Lima. It is rented in its entirety, so you will have unique and exclusive access for you and your family or friends. It has cable TV, Wi-Fi, fully equipped rooms and kitchen, hot water, indoor work table and a huge private terrace with outdoor grill. It is a spacious house and located very close to the beach. The space The property is 1200 square meters and is located inside the La Venturosa condominium. It is three blocks away from the beach and is surrounded by the Farallones condominium and the Royal Club. Guest access The house is very quiet, great for couples, families or for creative retreats. It has a double room with its own bathroom, and two double rooms with a shared bathroom. There is a spacious equipped kitchen, a living room and a large terrace with grill, chairs and tables. The house is fully equipped, with refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, kettle, crockery, TV, wifi and cable. It has hot water in both bathrooms . It's perfect for couples, families, or people traveling on their own who want to be in a quiet spot. There are small grocery stores at the beach entrance, about a twenty minute walk or five minute drive. Other things to note There are three beaches accessible from the house: a large beach with small waves and two other smaller beaches that can sometimes have big waves. The sand is soft, it has no stones, so you can enter the sea without the risk of hurting your feet.
