Cozy refuge in a beach house with 3 bedrooms, large terrace and garden, 24/7 security, internet, barbecue and direct access to the beach (3 min walk). Our house in Chocalla is located on a plot of more than 1,000 m². It offers a quiet and spacious environment for families or groups of up to 6 people (possibly 7 with a high-quality inflatable mattress). The space LAYOUT AND AMENITIES: Master double room with private bathroom. Two double rooms with a shared bathroom. Spacious and bright room with comfortable furniture, ideal for resting or sharing. Fully equipped kitchen, ready to prepare your favorite meals. Very large terrace + large dry garden (Xerojardín), perfect for relaxing, grilling and chatting at sunset. Outdoor Grill Large private parking area on the property. Services included: internet, cable, hot water and electricity. ENVIRONMENT AND EXPERIENCE Located in the third row of the La Venturosa condominium, with 24/7 security and excellent privacy. Direct access to the condo and a 3-minute walk to the beach. The condo has a clubhouse, food truck, and children's games to complement your stay. Pet-friendly: you can come with ONE medium-sized pet. We do NOT accept large pets. (See ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES for more details) IDEAL FOR: Families looking to disconnect without going too far. Groups of friends who value space and privacy. Beach lovers who want more than just a room, with a garden and grill. Digital nomads and people who work remotely: internet is included and the environment is very relaxed. WHAT TO EXPECT: Minimum stay of 2 nights if you rent on a Friday and 3 nights if you rent on any other day. Campfires, fireworks, events and parties are not allowed, we seek to maintain the tranquility of the condominium. HOUSE RULES: Maximum capacity: 6 people, plus 1 extra with an inflatable mattress (ask beforehand). No events, parties or large gatherings. Campfires and fireworks are not allowed due to the risk of fire. Maximum ONE MEDIUM PET. Respect for the neighborhood: do not make excessive noise, especially at night. Garden and terrace care: the grill is for responsible use. Leave the house in conditions similar to the entry for deposit refund, except for final cleaning. Guest access You will have EXCLUSIVE access to the entire house, garden, terrace and parking lot. There is no pool, but the condominium offers a clubhouse and common areas Other things to note There are three beaches accessible from the house: a large beach with small waves and two smaller beaches that can sometimes have large waves. The sand is soft, it has no stones, so you can enter the sea without risk of hurting your feet.
