Hobbit cave Rosenhagen. Cozy, rustic, small, cute apartment, 500 m from the Baltic Sea beach. Also suitable for children from 3 years of age. The apartment is on the top floor and is not necessarily recommended for tall people, as there are many roof slopes and also roof beams at a height of 1.80 m. Please note! The space The apartment has the following amenities: Small kitchen with dishwasher, induction stove and oven, fridge with freezer compartment. Fully equipped, including toaster, French press, children's cutlery, baking utensils, spices, cake molds, kitchen scales, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, dish towels... everything is there. Small bathroom with shower. Hairdryer, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, children's toothpaste, guest towels, hot water bottle… available. Please note that the bathroom door is a folding door and privacy is very limited. Play corner for children with handicrafts, painting things, books, games and toys Handcarts, beach chairs, sand toys, wind protection for the beach Networked fire detectors are installed, as well as a carbon monoxide detector The stairs to the attic are steep and not suitable for toddlers. No stair gate available. Darkening is currently only available in one sleeping area. (The others are planned, not yet implemented), the same unfortunately applies to fly screens. 6 duvets (135 x 200) and 6 pillows (80×80) !!! Please note that we do not currently offer a towel and linen service. !!! This means you have to bring duvet covers and fitted sheets, as well as towels yourself. Guest access The apartment is on the top floor. Access via an external staircase to the 2nd floor. Parking In front of the carport there is a parking space for you. Otherwise, there is only paid parking in Rosenhagen. Other things to note Beach The beach is only 500 m away, just down the street. At the beach there are also beautiful shady places through some trees. If you go into the water there are some stones at the beginning, so it is advisable to take bathing shoes with you.
