Additional Note: There is a back house on this lot that we also rent out on Airbnb. It's a smaller home for smaller groups. When guests are there, the backyard space is shared between them and you. Guest access Guest have access to the entire house except for the unfinished basement with a seperate entrance. They also have access to the entire front fenced in back yard and front patio.
