At 700 sq. ft. each of our one bedroom suites feature combinations of exposed cream city brick and large steel beams from the buildings original design. One bedroom queen suites include a private bedroom equipped with one queen-sized bed in addition to the sleeper sofa in the separate living area. Our onsite restaurant, OnTap, offers great food and drinks just steps from your room. In the lobby, when you look up, you’ll notice you are standing beneath two of the original brew kettles from the building’s historic past. From there, you can take the original grand staircase up to the second floor, where all six of the original kettles remain on display. This floor is also home to a beautiful stained-glass window that has been here since 1934, installed shortly after Prohibition ended. The window depicts King Gambrinus, the patron saint of beer, seated on his throne. For a bit of fun, head up to our Mezzanine on the third floor, where you’ll find foosball tables available for a friendly game. If you’re looking for a great view, visit the public terrace on the sixth floor, which overlooks the southwest side of Milwaukee.
