The space This beautifully maintained property sleeps up to 6 guests, in two separate bedrooms with a lounge that offers two double sofa beds in which adds flexibility to the sleeping arrangements. Each room comes with a Smart TV and free Wi-Fi—just log in with your own Netflix or Prime account. Outside, a separate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Guests can enjoy a private outdoor area with garden furniture, offering a peaceful spot for your morning coffee or an evening wind-down after exploring the coast. KITCHEN / LIVING AREA The living area has natural daylight pouring in, and the fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, kettle, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this, we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The dining table seats up to 6 guests. You’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with a Smart TV and two sofa beds not yet made up as a bed, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV. BEDROOMS There are two bedrooms with plenty of fresh bed linen provided for all beds. Bedroom 1, double bed, sleeps 2 Bedroom 2, double bed, sleeps 2 2 sofa beds in the living area, we supply spare linen for the sofa beds. Late check-out fee - £50+VAT per half hour unless a late check-out has been agreed upon in advance Travel Cot or High Chair fee £50.00 - only on request. Not returning keys to key safe £200+VAT No Pets are allowed This accommodation has 5 steep stairs upon entry and is not suitable for guests with disabilities or limited mobility. Guest access Full check-in instructions will be sent on the day of the check-in at 3 pm once your damage deposit has been paid. Other things to note My Getaways is committed to our owners so their properties are protected during bookings; therefore, a damage deposit is required before check-in. You can opt to pay a non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver of £30.00, which covers you for up to £300.00 of accidental damage protection; however, deliberate damage is not covered. Alternatively, you can opt to pre-authorise your credit/debit card for the full damages deposit of £300.00. This pre-authorisation will expire after 7 days if no deductions are to be made for damages. You will be sent a link to pay for My Cover's accidental damage waiver fee, OR pre-authorise your credit card for the full damage deposit of £300.00 on the day before check-in. Once this payment or pre-authorisation has been made we will release check-in instructions on the day of arrival.
