There are two living areas, one is part of the open/plan dining area with sliding doors that open onto a beautifully maintained garden, and the second living area features a comfy sofa, Smart TV (with super fast Wifi for Netflix and Amazon Prime access). Upstairs, the home continues to impress with peaceful bedrooms and the owner's artwork throughout. Cook up meals with ease using the modern appliances, including a gas hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher, plus cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery provided. The wooden dining table seats up to 7 guests and leads into a sunken living room furnished with comfortable seating, and large sliding doors that open out onto the garden – a perfect space for entertaining, relaxing or catching up on your favourite shows. There is a separate TV room equipped with a Smart TV (log in to your Netflix or Amazon Prime) BATHROOM Bathroom 1 is ensuite and has a shower, sink, mirror and toilet. Bathroom 2 has a bath with a shower, sink, mirror and toilet. Bathroom 3 has a shower, toilet and sink. We provide bath towels, hand towels and bath mats. BEDROOMS There are three bedrooms with fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. Guest access Check-in details will be released at 3pm on your arrival day, following confirmation of your damages deposit. This helps us keep everything secure and ensures a smooth, hassle-free check-in for your stay. Other things to note My Getaways is committed to our owners to ensure their holiday homes are protected during bookings. The day before you arrive at your property we will send you a 3D secure link to pay either pre-authorise your credit card for a fully refundable damages deposit of £500 OR you can opt to pay £50 non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers you for to up to £500 of accidental damage protection. Deliberate damage is not covered. If you opt to pay a deposit, you will have your card pre-authorised for the full damage deposit and if no deductions are to be made, we aim to remove the pre-authorisation within five working days after you check out.
