At night, the room transforms into a full sleeping area thanks to two high-quality wall beds (2x 90cm) that disappear invisibly into the wall during the day. 🛀 Whirlpool: The absolute wellness highlight! Relax in the hot tub with a direct view of the stunning mountain scenery. To ensure your full privacy, a fixed 1.5-hour time slot is available daily for your exclusive use (easy reservation via link in advance). 🛏️ Bedrooms: The apartment features two separate, cozy bedrooms. One is equipped with a double bed (160cm), the second with a classic bunk bed (2x 90cm) – ideal for families or friends. 🍳 Kitchen & Dining: The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and Nespresso machine. The large dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals or game nights. 🌿 Outdoor Area: Enjoy your private terrace with picturesque views. In the garden, there is also a BBQ area that can be used shared with other guests in the house. ✨ Included: Free parking (summer only), fresh bed linens, towels, a coffee/tea starter set, and free use of the washing machine & tumble dryer. This is the starting point for the famous Brienz-Rothorn Railway, which takes you to the summit with steam-train nostalgia. ✨ Oasis of Peace: The Axalp is the perfect place for those seeking an authentic mountain experience. Here, you can enjoy the Swiss Alps in their purest form, surrounded by fresh air and wonderful silence. Guest access 🔑 Exclusive Access: You will have the entire unit (3-bedroom apartment + studio) all to yourself. 📲 Check-in: Maximum flexibility with contactless self check-in via key box at the entrance. 🚗 Parking: 1 free garage space (Axalp Sportbahnen), approx. 200m walk to the apartment. Other things to note 🏔️ Arrival: The apartment is located on the Axalp, above Brienz. On a 2D map, the distance looks very short, but the drive via the well-maintained, paved mountain road takes about 25 minutes. 🚗 Parking: In summer, you can park for free directly in front of the house. Please note that direct access is not possible in winter (Dec–March, and partly in Nov / early April). During this time, you can use the paid public parking spaces at the ski lift station (approx. 200m walk). 🛀 Whirlpool: To guarantee maximum privacy, the hot tub is available for your exclusive use for a fixed 1.5-hour time slot daily (between 08:00 and 21:00). You will receive the link for the online reservation before your arrival. ⚠️ House Character: As this is a traditional wooden house, the construction is naturally more prone to noise than modern concrete buildings. It is therefore possible that sounds from neighbors may occasionally be heard. 🛍️ Shopping: You will find various grocery stores and bakeries down in the valley in Brienz. Please note that there are no shopping facilities directly on Axalp. 🛏️ Bed Preference: If you prefer separate beds, please let us know in advance so we can prepare everything accordingly for your arrival.
