Get cozy in this updated century-old bungalow, which boasts original hardwood floors and windows, but has all of the modern conveniences of a complete remodel! We are centrally located, right next to Black’s BBQ, a San Marcos favorite, and 5 minutes away from the square and Texas State University. You’ll also be 5 minutes from the river for your fun in the sun adventure. Hosting travelers is my passion. I’d love to make sure you have a fabulous experience in San Marvelous!
