Other things to note Complimentary parking is available on-site for your convenience. Please note that Gaffney House is a non-smoking property. While we adore our furry friends, pets are not permitted. We kindly request that you treat the home with care and respect, as it is a cherished historic landmark. If you're interested in hosting an event with party sizes larger than 10, and additional $500 is charged for the total stay. We do not provide event coordination. We also ask that all guests clean up and properly dispose of any trash generated during their event. In cases of excessive trash left behind, an additional $100 fee will be charged. Want to start your trip early or sleep in on your last morning? We’re happy to accommodate an early check-in or late checkout if arranged in advance! Our standard check-in time is 4:00pm, and our checkout time is 10:00am, but you can check-in as early as 1:00pm and out as late as 12:00pm. We charge 10% of the nightly rate per hour.
