The space Step into the quiet elegance of this beautifully restored 300-year-old stone house, just 40 metres from the water’s edge in the tranquil coastal village of Đurići. Tucked away from the road and surrounded by sea and mountain views, this historic home has been carefully renovated by a luxury travel writer and art historian, combining heritage architecture with refined interiors and contemporary comfort. The house sleeps up to six guests in three thoughtfully designed bedrooms: one with a king-size bed, one with a queen, and one twin room. The bedding and mattresses are luxury hotel standard, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The ground floor features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with French doors that lead out to a generous 70m² terrace — paved in local stone and partially shaded by an adjustable 15m² pergola, ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing with a book. Inside, you’ll find air-conditioning in every room, underfloor heating on the ground floor, high-speed WiFi, a dishwasher, washing machine, and a well-equipped kitchen. Guest access Guests have full, private access to the entire house and all outdoor spaces, including the spacious stone terrace, the shaded pergola area. Parking spaces are available on the road leading to the property, at just 5m from the entrance to the terrace. This road is a cul-de-sac only used by the 4 houses located on it. Please note that the neighbouring property has right of access to their own property across the far side of the terrace, but this is purely for access. The home is exclusively yours throughout your stay. Other things to note Montenegro requires all visitors to register and pay a small daily tourist tax of €0.80 per person. This must be done within 48 hours of arrival at the local tourist information point — conveniently located just a five-minute walk from the house. It’s a quick and simple process, and I’ll provide clear instructions in the welcome letter you’ll receive after booking.
