The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and a very short drive from Costco, McAllister Shopping Centre, Wal-Mart, Sobeys, and other major retailers. The house features a basement style apartment, a shared driveway, and the owner of the home lives upstairs on the main floor. No smoking, pets, partying, lewd behavior, excessive drinking, substance abuse (zero tolerance for it), or loud noises. We have a set of simple rules and ask that the space be respected and kept clean at all times. The space Its a basement style apartment in the lower half of the house that has a separate entrance, a private bathroom with shower, a large bedroom, a common room with a sectional couch that can be converted to accommodate a third guest, two dining areas, free wifi access, a kitchenette, and a shared laundry area. ***Disclaimer*** If you're extremely picky and are looking for luxury at a cost that's next to nothing then I highly recommend you stay with another AirBnb host or book your stay at a local hotel. My wife and I do our very best to accommodate the needs of our guests. However, we have little patience for guests who don't particularly respect the space that's offered to them. We treat all of our guests like family and we do our utmost to provide a space where you can feel welcome, appreciated, and safe. Guest access You have access to a shared laundry room. Other things to note We don't allow pets onsite and due to past experiences we can't accommodate children. We'll gladly accommodate professionals, mature and responsible students, and out-of-town adult travelers.
