Take out one of our many board games and laugh the night away! King Master Suite – Featuring an expansive walk-in closet, private bath with walk-in shower, dual sinks, and direct access to the outdoor patio, you'll love the KING-size bed and privacy of this room. Guest Rooms – Bedroom 2 has a KING-size bed with perfect views of the south-facing canal. Bedroom 3 is perfect for younger guests with a KING bed and two TwinXL beds in a bunk. Open-Concept Living – The living room opens up to the stunning outdoor area, offering seamless indoor/outdoor living. Bathrooms: The second bathroom has a convenient door to the pool & patio. Walk-in shower with double sinks, perfect for families. There is also a washer and dryer for your use if needed. While we welcome children, please note that our home is not baby-proofed. However, we do provide (2) pack-and-play’s CRIBS and high chair’s, kids toys for your convenience. Living Room: The open floor plan ensures that everyone can spend time together, with plenty of seating around a large-screen TV for movie nights or sports events. Game/Sitting Area: Adjacent to the living room is a cozy living space filled with family-friendly games and puzzles. Perfect for some off-screen fun! Explore the Island- Use one of our 8 bikes to explore all the fun things on Marco Island. Ride to the YMCA (.5 mile) if you want an indoor gym, or Mackle Park (1.1 miles away), or the free public beach access (1.5 miles away). Like the water? We have 5 kayaks and 2 paddle boards if you want to explore the peaceful canal, put in just from the dock. Boat Rentals – Rent a boat from a local marina and tie it up to your private dock for the ultimate island adventure. Beach Days Made Easy: 5-Minute Drive to the Beach – Convenient beach access from South Beach or Tigertale Beach Beach Gear Included: We have everything you need for a beach day, including a beach cart, 8 chairs, umbrellas, a beach blanket, coolers, and sand toys. You can also use our 8 bikes to explore the island with your whole family! Prime Location: Pirates Cove Marco is centrally located on Marco Island, just a 5-minute drive from the beach. We’re also within 5-7 minutes of all the island’s top attractions, including the new Publix (only 2 minutes away!). Easy drive to Fort Myers Airport (RSW). Cancellation: If you cancel within the fully refundable period you will get a full refund minus the processing fees. We ALWAYS want you to be protected and recommend purchasing travel insurance. Especially if you are booking during HURRICANE SEASON. (August-November) Please be aware that if you DO NOT purchase the travel insurance offered or buy your own and you get sick/have flight issues/weather issues/etc and cannot make your trip we have a NO REFUND policy. PLEASE BUY TRIP INSURANCE TO PROTECT YOURSELF. Parking: You can park two cars/suvs in the driveway. Per Marco Island code you can’t park a trailer or boat in the driveway. You can park a small RV in the driveway as long as it is not covering the sidewalk. You would have to obtain a free permit from the Marco Island police department and affix it to your RV in a conspicuous place. If you do not have the permit the property will be fined on a daily basis and the fines will be taken from your security deposit. Security Cameras: We have exterior security camera’s on the property for your safety. One is the doorbell at the front door. The rear camera is mounted as dock security when the house is empty. Security Deposit: A $1500 Security Deposit HOLD will be accessed to your credit card on file two days prior to your stay. This is NOT A CHARGE, it is a hold for violations of the ordinance, house rules, or damage done to the property during your stay. The hold will be released 2 days after your departure if no violations/damage is found. Pool Heat: Pool is heated to at least 87 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once the pool heater turns back on in the morning it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. Most heat pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage. NOTE: As per the Transient Rental Noise Control 30-90.9 Any noise shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., daily.” NOTE: We do not inspect the bikes between each renter. Use of the bikes is at your own risk and is the renters responsibility to deem fit for your personal use. NOTE: It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence Other things to note The regular cleaning fee is $315 and is cleaned by the only 5-star cleaner on Marco Island! All guests over the age of 18 must provide a valid government-issued photo ID, and sign our rental agreement and waiver - prior to access to the home being granted. Other things to note Garage Filled with bikes, beach stuff, kayaks, paddleboards for your enjoyment. Please return all items to the garage at the end of each day. Kayaks and paddleboards may not be left on the dock overnight. Pool There are tons of toys and floating chairs, noodles, life vests, and such in the pool storage box or garage. Please remove these from the pool when not in use. The pool is heated at a comfortable 87 degrees year round. Air Conditioning We keep the home at a comfortable 72 degrees year-round and have added humidity control. The AC will not work if the sliding doors are left open.
