" A spacious 2-story, 2800 sq ft home with 5 bedrooms, including 2 master suites with king beds. Multiple living areas—family room, anteroom, formal dining, breakfast nook, upstairs lounge, and game room—plus a laundry room for convenience. Designed for comfort and togetherness, it’s perfect for families or groups looking for space to relax, play, and make memories. Private backyard oasis with a large in ground pool! Master bedroom 1- King bed (downstairs) Master bedroom 2- King bed (upstairs) Guest room 1 -Queen bed Guest room 2- Queen bed Guest room 3- 1 bunk bed and 1 twin bed Family room - Sofa bed -Queen size 4moms Pack and Play baby Crib An airbed can be provided. Pool Heating: Pool Heating is available for $100/day. Please request heating 2-3 days prior to check in. Heating will not start until payment is received. If the air temperature is below 50 degrees, the pool may be difficult to heat and might not reach a comfortable swimming temperature. For safety and to protect the equipment, the pool heater will not be operated when the pool temperature is under 40 degrees. No smoking inside the house No pets No parties or events Do not re-arrange furniture inside or outside the house- If moved and damage occurs, we will bill you for the repair or replacement Please use only the designated striped towels for outdoor use. Guest access Guests can use the whole house and private backyard. Other things to note The Happy Place House Rules 1. Maximum of 14 guests allowed. Accurate headcount must be provided at the time of booking. No unregistered guests or visitors without prior approval. There will be an additional charge for each additional guest. 2. Early check in - If available , it is $50 per hour. Late check out - if it is approved, it is $50 per 30 minutes . If not approved, it is $100 per 30minutes . 3. No Party Or Events. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors. 4. Parking: Park on the driveway or in front of our house only. Please avoid parking in front of neighbors’ driveways. Respect Neighbors: Keep noise low when parking late at night or early in the morning. 5. Use the pool at your own risk. No diving or running around the pool area. Children must be supervised at all times near the pool. 6. No Smoking or vaping inside the home. 7. Illicit drugs or activities are NOT permitted on the property. Also excessive alcohol consumption not allowed. If it is discovered that guests are not adhering to this rule their reservation will be canceled without refund and Guests will have to vacate the property. 8. Liabilities : Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on premises. Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. 9. No Pets allowed 10.
