2nd Private room in Shared house mid renovation

Hello, Thanks for checking out my house. 1 of 2 private double bedroom in a house where I also live and WFH. Access to a shared bathroom. I’m mid way through building an attic room, so the house is comfortable but work in progress as I tend to do diy on weekends. If you need a cozy, well located room with a friendly host, my place is perfect. Free on-street parking is available, but if no spaces are open on the street or nearby side roads, there are two car parks within a 5-minute walk.
