Set amid orchard views with easy access, it's ideal for couples and families looking to slow down and enjoy a warm, private mountain space. The space The cottage has two comfortable bedrooms (one with a cozy attic), three bathrooms, and a living room with a fireplace. There’s a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a small outdoor patio at the entrance that guests love for morning tea or quiet evenings among the apple trees. The interiors use natural wood and stone, giving the space a warm, lived-in charm that feels welcoming rather than styled for show. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire cottage, including the kitchen and private patio. Parking is available for one car comfortably (two with some adjustment). The location on the main Kullu–Naggar–Manali route makes the property easy to reach and convenient in all seasons. Naggar Castle and popular local cafés are just 6–8 minutes away. ## Interaction with guests I am just a call away for any assistance. Other things to note This is a **self-managed, self-catering stay** for privacy and independence. There is no full-time caretaker staying at the property, and we’re always reachable as hosts. > **Food & Kitchen Policy:** > As this is a self-catering property, guests are welcome to cook their own meals or explore the excellent local cafés located just 6–8 minutes away. > **Utensil Cleaning:** > Guests are responsible for cleaning the utensils they use. If you require assistance with utensil cleaning, a cleaner can be arranged after 2:30 PM at an additional charge of ₹300. > * **Bonfire, firepit, and barbecue setups** are available on request (₹1000 each). * **Pet Friendly:** The property is fully fenced, making it suitable for pets with supervision and offering added peace of mind. * **Accessibility:** The cottage includes steps and mild slopes and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.*
