The space Three large, bright bedrooms, each designed as a real little suite: a 160x190 cm bed, a desk, a 32-inch TV, and a balcony with electric shutters overlooking Rue Ali Darghouth. Each bedroom has its own reversible air conditioning, for both heating and cooling, and an oil-filled radiator for cool winter evenings. Close your room door, and you're at home. Open it, and you'll find the rest of the group. This is the balance that this apartment offers to guests who share a stay without wanting to give up their privacy. There is no separate living room, but there is a comfortable seating area — a velvet sofa for 3 people — in the largest bedroom. The kitchen is separate and closed by a door: you can prepare a meal or coffee early in the morning without disturbing those who are still asleep. In the kitchen, you'll find a toaster and an Italian coffee pot. Morning coffee is made the old-fashioned way, on the stovetop. A large, luxurious and spacious bathroom completes the apartment, with a coin-operated dryer. The apartment's soundproofing is particularly effective — a real asset in the lively city center. A private parking space is included for the duration of the stay. Guest access The apartment is on the 1st floor of an old building in the city center, without elevator access — expect a flight of stairs with your luggage. Check-in is fully autonomous, 24 hours a day: a secure key box is installed at the entrance of the building, and the access code is communicated to you before your arrival. No time constraints, even for a late arrival. The private parking space is accessible directly from the street, in the immediate vicinity of the building. Once inside, you have access to the three bedrooms, the sitting area, the independent kitchen and the bathroom. Other things to note The apartment is located in a popular and lively area of downtown Tunis, a 10-minute walk from the Medina, with local shops and lively neighborhood life during the day. The building is old and does not have an elevator — the apartment is on the 1st floor. Please respect the quietness of the place, especially in the evening, out of consideration for the neighbors. The washing machine is freely accessible, free of charge. There is also a dryer on site, but it is for a fee. Pets are allowed. Please let me know at the time of booking.
