I rent two bedrooms, both are modern - (Freshly decorated with new carpets - June 2025), peaceful and fully equipped for both short stays and longer visits. Location is Everything! ·5-minute walk to Three Bridges Station (Only 1 stop/4 minutes to Gatwick Airport). ·Direct trains to Central London (London Victoria, London Bridge, London St. Pancras International, Clapham Junction & City Thameslink (Approximately 35 minutes) ·Brighton Beach - (25/30 minutes - Direct train or you could drive) ·Crawley town centre – 15–20 min walk or a short bus or train ride ·24-hour bus to Gatwick Airport - Bus stop is a 5 minute walk away ·Free driveway parking for the duration of your stay Shared Spaces ·Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and cooking basics). ·Private garden with seating (smoking allowed here, ashtray provided). ·Laundry facilities for longer stays (4 nights minimum). ·Flexible check-in/out and luggage storage wherever possible. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out I’m always happy to be as flexible as possible with arrival and departure times. If you’d like to check in an hour or so early, or check out an hour or so later, I will do my absolute best to offer this as a complimentary service, subject to other bookings and cleaning arrangements. For significantly earlier check-ins or later check-outs, there may sometimes be a small additional charge. This is simply because accommodating a substantial change can occasionally involve extra travel, cleaning arrangements, costs or time. Please do ask when you request to book, and I’ll let you know whether I’m able to accommodate your preferred time and whether any additional fee would apply.
