They were granted the characters "Toyo" (meaning "abundance") and "Take" (meaning "military prowess").Since then, over hundreds of years, this mansion has been preserved with the pride of the Toyotake family. The current building was built by Choshu-no-Miya carpenters over 130 years ago.The Nagaya gate, the storehouse and the main house are arranged around a courtyard, and the wooden frames and sliding doors, which have not been fitted with sashes and remain as they were in the past, still retain the atmosphere of life at that time.As you sit on the veranda and open the wooden-framed shutters, a pleasant sea breeze slowly wafts through the room. Located in the particularly quiet eastern part of Suou-Oshima, this place is gently separated from the outside world by the Nagaya gate and the walls.The moment you step into that corner, you may experience a strange sensation, as if the passage of time slows down somewhat. In addition to the main house, you can rent an entire group of special spaces, including Nagaya gates, warehouses, and fences. ◆Basically, you can stay without meals, but you can prepare breakfast and dinner as an option.Please see the "About Meals" explanation below for more details. The ◆main house has a rim side, a large hall, and an old-fashioned earthen kitchen, so you can stay while feeling "living". We have a chair and more so that everyone can stay comfortable while keeping the old-fashioned atmosphere as much as possible. There are three ◆bedrooms, of which two on the first floor have two beds each. We also provide one remaining room (upstairs) + mattress so you can sleep comfortably. There are a total of 4 air conditioners in the room + 3 bedrooms.
