The space Welcome to this beautiful and spacious 1-bedroom walk out basement apartment with separate entrance. The bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a stand-up shower. The living room has a complete kitchen, laundry washer-dryer, dishwasher. Please note the television is a SMART TV, but we DO NOT provide account/subscription and there is NO cable (channels). Guest access One free parking on driveway. Other things to note Just a quick note: the pathway to the entrance includes several stairs, both along the walkway and leading to the door. While the area is well-maintained with installed lights along the walkway, we kindly recommend taking care when walking—especially if carrying luggage or in wet or icy weather and night time. If you have concerns or small children, please keep this in mind before arrival. No visitors, No pets are allowed in the basement.
