Guest access Guest access Throughout your stay, you'll have access to the entire house and the entire private garden, so you can enjoy complete privacy without sharing with other guests. Guests have access to all living spaces, including a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, washer, dryer, Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, outdoor seating, BBQ, playground, and free parking right next to the house. Check-in is conveniently in the form of self check-in, so you can check in at the time that works best for you. Other things to note To ensure the protection of the property and its equipment, we collect a refundable security deposit of CZK 5,000 prior to arrival. The security deposit is solely to cover any damages incurred during the stay. The condition of the property and its amenities are documented prior to each arrival to make the whole process transparent and fair to both. If there is no damage during the stay, the full amount will be refunded to you no later than 5 business days in the same way as it was paid.
