This is a hidden gem nestled in the heart of the small farming community of Dell City, Texas. The "Valley of the Hidden Waters" offers access to breathtaking views, including perfect dark skies for stargazing. Central Air Conditioning (a must during the desert heat) and Heating is the cherry on top for this three bedroom, two bath house that is large enough for a whole family, or cozy enough for a quiet weekend away for a couple's retreat. The fully supplied kitchen has a gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, pots & pans, and even a dishwasher! Dell City is strategically located near the Guadalupe Mountain National Park (highest point in Texas) or you can go a little further and explore deep inside the earth at the Carlsbad Caverns! Feel free to check out the Sand Dunes or see the Salt Flats! Take a short walk in the fresh air to see the sunrise on El Capitan (southernmost point of the Guadalupe Mountains). Summit the peak of the Guadalupe’s and stand on the highest point in Texas! Or take a stroll just north of town near the local vineyard to catch the sunset. Either way, don’t miss those early morning sunrises or sunsets, they are sure to take your breath away! Guest access Enjoy the entire house and property! Includes the front yard area, and a fully fenced backyard. Other things to note We are adding new features all the time... coming soon a backyard patio area, new paint, and more! Being located in the farm town of Dell City, especially during the windy season (February-May), please don't be surprised by blowing dust. Please plan ahead with any provisions and groceries you may need and enjoy the fully stocked kitchen in the house. There are a couple of restaurants in the area, but hours of operation are usually for breakfast and lunch and can vary accordingly.
