House with Garden in Galapagar

Welcome to our accommodation in Galapagar! :) Located in a residential area known for its hiking trails in nature, our spacious chalet has a large garden with a lounge area with sunbeds and a barbecue: everything you need to have a great time! A stay here allows you to combine the tranquility of a natural environment with the possibility of enjoying the urban bustle :) The space As shown in the photos, the chalet consists of the following spaces: 1st floor: - A living room area with a sofa and television, in an open space with a dining table. - Separate kitchen with access to the outdoor area. - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (200x190) with en-suite bathroom. - 1 bedroom with bunk beds consisting of 3 single beds (90x200) (the bottom one is a trundle bed). - 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (90x200 cm) - 1 bathroom 2nd floor: -1 bedroom with 1 double bed (200x190 cm) and en-suite bathroom - Area with desk and sofa The house has a huge garden with a dining area with sunbeds and armchairs. You can park up to 3 cars in the garage area in the garden. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions. HEATING The house has a heating system by means of radiators in all rooms connected to a gas boiler. You can regulate it by means of a thermostat AIR CONDITIONING The house has air conditioning by means of 2 split type air conditioners with heat pump in the room on the upper floor and in the work area. HOT WATER Hot water is provided by a gas boiler. Other things to note CHECK-IN Please note that you will access the property using an electronic lock, it requires you to download an app on your smartphone. In case you don't have data at your arrival, you can download it before. For legal reasons, we need all travellers to provide their ID info. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival though an online register.
