You enter a beautiful open area where kitchen and living room mix in harmony. A distinguished kitchen with a beautiful quartz countertop as a work surface. You will find three coffee machines there: a Nespresso Vertuo, a filter coffee machine and an Italian coffee machine. Basic condiments are also available. Next, a smoothie blender, toaster, mini oven (air fryer), 30-inch cooker, electric kettle and finally an 18-cubic-foot fridge. There is a large wardrobe for additional storage, an iron and ironing board, and a safe $ (key on request $). The living room has a large 72-inch by 38-inch sofa, designed to provide a relaxation space that converts into a comfortable bed (bed rail if needed), and there is also a second single bed at the base. A television is mounted on a swivel stand (Chrome Cast). Board games on site. A cosy 12 by 10 foot room with an ultra-comfortable queen-size bed. Two large shelves and hangers for laundry. The 5 x 12 foot bathroom with a 4 by 5 foot walk-in shower. A hairdryer and a flat iron are provided. Also an air exchanger, air conditioner and a heated, smoothed concrete floor.
