Guest access The guest have full access to the house and the outdoor area. Other things to note We recommend that all guest purchase travel insurance. We do not accept guest alterations within two weeks of the reservation. All roads leading to "The Enchanted Nook Octagon" are paved and maintained except the last little stretch is gravel but very nicely maintained. While they do not happen often at all sometimes being in the mountains we will loose power or internet. However both of those are out of our control. We do not give refunds for power, weather or internet outages. If there would happen to be a power or internet outage please reach out to us immediately and we will get in touch with the internet and power companies right away. 4x4 is not required to access the property at all except in cases of snow. While we do our best to inform our guest about upcoming winter weather it is smart to always keep the weather checked while coming to the mountains in the winter. If you would happen to get your vehicle stuck in the snow or ice the guest are responsible for paying a towing company to pull them out. We will gladly give you recommendations on who to use.
