This suite is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is located on the 1st floor with a great ocean and mountain view in the front and a backyard idyllic waterfall and pond view. This suite has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a fully equipped kitchen, a pullout sofa bed in the living room for additional guests, and washer and dryer. We'd love to have you as our guests and are happy to answer any questions you have as you plan your visit! The space * Great location within walking distance to the Harbor (0.3 mile) and Sea Life Center (1 mile) * 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom * Pull out queen size sofa bed * Blinds on all windows * Washer and dryer * Fully equipped kitchen * Backyard with an idyllic waterfall and small pond Other things to note PLEASE NOTE * Children under the age 13 (including infants) are not allowed to stay for safety reasons. - There is an un-fenced pond in the backyard. * Pets are not allowed on the premises including parking lot. * Boats cannot be parked. * Check-in time: 4-9 pm (9 pm is absolute latest) * Check-out time: 10 am * Quiet time: 10 pm - 7:30 am Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
