Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home and private backyard area. Guests will access via smart lock. Getting Around: Getting around by personal vehicle is easiest. Rideshare options are limited, but occasionally available. ENTRY: There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. A unique entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest. PARKING: There is a long driveway for up to 3-4 cars to park, depending on size. THE DRIVE: The house is very easy to find and located off of a flat, paved road. INTERNET: The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space. You can access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TV OUTDOOR SPACE: Hot tub, fire pit, corn hole, lounge chairs, dining table, gas BBQ available for you to enjoy! BEDROOMS: There are 3 bedrooms, one featuring a king beg, queen bed, and full bed. The living room has a queen sized pullout couch. Total accommodations can sleep 8 guests. KITCHEN: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Spices/Oil SECURITY: Security cameras are located at the front and sides of the house for your security. There are NO cameras inside the property or in the backyard. PET FRIENDLY: Pets are welcome with a nonrefundable $60 pet fee (per pet/per stay). Please clean up after them.
