Built for the spectacular sunsets and ocean access, the Ebbsfleet Beach House will delight all guests and will quickly become an Island tradition you and your family will treasure. Perfectly located in Tignish-Alberton-O’Leary area, this secluded getaway has it all. Spend hours combing for sea glass, reading in one of our hammocks, or just chilling. Kids will love the beach & water toys. The space This 4,000 square foot beach house has everything you need for the perfect Island getaway for an extended or multi-family vacation! Spread out, kick back and relax in the spacious 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom waterfront property. Relax in front of the propane fireplace set in a driftwood mantle or kick off your flip flops in the sunset lounge area that boasts panoramic sea to sky viewing and a rustic wet bar. A fully equipped chef’s galley style kitchen will ensure the meal preparation gets handled with ease so that you all can enjoy the dining area. Two TV lounge areas provide the necessary separation when opinions differ, but the games room with electric fireplace, Play Station and foosball table will bring you all together. Therefore, you will owe an additional 15% (on the rental fee) which will be paid through a money request sent by us on the Airbnb platform. If payment of HST is not received before Check-In, the reservation will be cancelled. We also have a $1,200 security deposit due directly to the owners upon booking. Again, if the payment is not received by the deadline, the reservation will be cancelled. For July and August we only accept bookings from Saturday to Saturday.
