Due to our proximity to Bell St., we are next door to a manufacturer lot. There is no noise generated from this lot, but it is where trackers are parked so you will see them. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and private backyard area. Guests will access via smart lock. Other things to note AMENITIES: We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, coffee/tea, salt & pepper, cooking oil & trash can liners. ENTRY: There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. A unique entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest. PARKING: There is a long driveway for up to 3-4 cars to park, depending on size. THE DRIVE: The house is very easy to find and located off of a flat, paved road. INTERNET: The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space. You can access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TV OUTDOOR SPACE: Hot tub, fire pit, corn hole, lounge chairs, dining table, gas BBQ available for you to enjoy! BEDROOMS: There are 3 bedrooms, one featuring a king beg, queen bed, and full bed. The living room has a queen sized pullout couch. Total accommodations can sleep 8 guests. KITCHEN: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Spices/Oil SECURITY: Security cameras are located at the front and sides of the house for your security. There are NO cameras inside the property or in the backyard. PET FRIENDLY: Pets are welcome with a nonrefundable $60 pet fee (per pet/per stay). Please clean up after them. If any damage occurs due to your pet, you will be charged additional fees.
