The properties are furnished to the highest standards, guaranteeing that you will have an amazing experience with 3 Hot Tubs, Wood Burning Stoves and Bar/Games Room The space An unforgettable experience with exclusive and private use of the estate and all 3 of its properties. Immersed in the quiet Scottish countryside, you can enjoy the tranquility and take a break from your hectic lifestyle. The charming outdoor patio with terrace, veranda and large garden The main house can accommodate 13 people, the lodge 4 and the cottage 4, for a total of 21 guests. Free parking is available for 15 cars. Each property offers a living room, dining area and well-equipped kitchen. The TV room has 3 sofas and a TV with a full Sky Sports and Sky Movies package. The bar offers a pool table, TV, jukebox and dartboard to entertain you. Each property has a modern and fully equipped kitchen with the following equipment: kettle, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, oven, gas stove, kitchen utensils and cutlery. In the main house, there is a dining table that can accommodate up to 10 people in front of another wood-burning fireplace. The breakfast bar island can also accommodate 6 people for breakfast or a drink. There is an additional separate formal dining room that can accommodate up to 8 people. Inside the lodge, there is a separate dining table for 4 people. There are 3 charming patios, all with outdoor dining areas, and a barbecue that guests are welcome to use. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM Greenknowes Farmhouse has 7 bedrooms with the following layout. The master suite on the upper floor has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, a living area with a vanity unit and a TV. It also has a beautiful private marble bathroom with a whirlpool tub and separate shower cubicle. There are 2 more bedrooms with king-size beds (one on the ground floor), 2 more double bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 single bedroom (also on the ground floor). Upstairs there is a family bathroom with a bathtub and shower, while on the ground floor there are 2 toilets and a shower in the storage room on the ground floor. The Greenknowes Lodge has 2 bedrooms and offers the following configuration: The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside lamps and a dressing table. The second bedroom is equipped with a single bed and a dresser where you can store your belongings. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and shower above the bathtub. The Greenknowes Cottage has two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a large king-size bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. OUTDOOR AREAS There are several charming terraces to choose from, furnished with outdoor furniture to gather family and close friends and enjoy the good weather with an ice-cold drink. Immerse yourself in the Scottish outdoor atmosphere while relaxing in your personal hot tub: there are 3 to choose from! The Scottish cold will not bother you here, while you can sip a glass of prosecco and relax among the bubbles. Laundry and extra appliances All properties are also equipped with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board for your convenience. Guest access Guests will have full access to all properties, including free WiFi. There is 2 flight of stairs to the property, 1 in the farmhouse and 1 in the cottage. Please be aware that the 2 properties are connected to each other with a hallway that will be locked and inaccessible. Other things to note The property is pet friendly. Please ensure there is no noise in the bar after 11 pm. Guests are asked to be careful near the garden walls as they are old and listed. No stag and hens or parties allowed. Please be aware the roofs in the lodge bedrooms are pitched. ∗Please note that а refundable damage deposit of £250 is mandatory and should be paid via card and before check-in. We inspect the property after you check out; if there is no damage, we refund the deposit within 2 days via bank transfer.
