Use designated containers and do not smoke indoors or in the game room. 💦 Hot Tub Please rinse off before entering to help keep the water clean and clear. Hot tub heating hours are 7:00 AM to 1:00 AM unless otherwise arranged. • Oils, soaps, or bath products can leave residue and affect water clarity; if they impact cleanliness or filtration, a $75 cleaning fee may apply. • No food, glass, or pets in or around the hot tub. • Children must be supervised at all times. • Please replace the cover after each use to keep it warm. 🚗 Parking / Vehicles Driveway parking is available for cars, boats, and RVs. Please park in designated areas only. 🗑 Trash & Recycling Pickup is Wednesday morning. Please roll bins to the curb Tuesday night and return them after pickup. 🔥 Fire Pit Feel free to bring firewood if you plan to use it. For everyone’s safety, please never leave it unattended. 🍔 Grill Please let us know if the propane tank is empty. If the grill requires extra cleaning, a $25 convenience fee may apply. 👨‍👩‍👧 Children Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the hot tub, fire pit, and game room. 🏡 General Care Please treat the house and property with care. Report any damages promptly. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests or pets may incur a $200 fee. 📹 Security For your safety and peace of mind, the house is equipped with a smart video door lock and exterior security cameras. These are located at the front door, front of the house, both sides, and the backyard. They monitor entry points, the driveway, and outdoor areas for security purposes only. Footage may also be used to verify that the number of guests and pets matches the reservation. No interior areas are recorded.
