Other things to note 📜 House Guidelines ⏰ Check-In / Check-Out Check-in: 4:00 PM or later Check-out: 11:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for a small fee. 🎉 No Parties or Events We love joyful memories, just not loud parties 😊 To help maintain a peaceful environment for our guests and neighbors, parties and large gatherings are not permitted. • Gatherings are limited to registered guests only • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM 🐾 Pets Up to 2 well-behaved dogs (under 65 lbs each) are welcome with prior approval and a small fee. Please note: Emotional support animals are not considered service animals under ADA guidelines and are subject to the pet fee. Service animals are always welcome and are not subject to the pet fee. Advance notice is appreciated so we can prepare accordingly for your stay. ***Please use the provided pet supplies, including covers, paw towels, bowls, and poop bags. 🚭 Smoking Smoking is permitted outside only. Use designated containers and do not smoke indoors or in the game room. 💦 Hot Tub Please rinse off before entering to help keep the water clean and clear. Hot tub heating hours are 7:00 AM to 1:00 AM unless otherwise arranged. • Oils, soaps, or bath products can leave residue and affect water clarity. • No food, glass, or pets in or around the hot tub. • Children must be supervised at all times. • Please replace the cover after each use to keep it nice & toasty. 🚗 Parking / Vehicles Driveway parking is available for cars, boats, and RVs. Please do not park on the right side of the house. 🗑 Trash & Recycling Pickup is Wednesday morning. If your stay includes Tuesday night, please roll bins to the curb. If you're still staying after pickup, we'd appreciate it if you could return them. 🔥 Fire Pit Many guests also enjoy relaxing evenings by the fire pit, so feel free to bring firewood if you’d like to use it. For everyone’s safety, please never leave it unattended. 🍔 Grill If the propane tank is running low or empty during your stay, please let us know and we'll be happy to arrange a refill. 👨‍👩‍👧 Children Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the hot tub, fire pit, and game room. 🏡 General Care Please treat the house and property with care. Report any damages promptly. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests or pets may incur a $200 fee. 📹 Security For your safety and peace of mind, the house is equipped with a smart video door lock and exterior security cameras. These are located at the front door, front of the house, both sides, and the backyard. They monitor entry points, the driveway, and outdoor areas for security purposes only. Footage may also be used to verify that the number of guests and pets matches the reservation. No interior areas are recorded.
