Nestled against the mountains. My home lower suite is comfortable, has a private entrance, and has everything you'll need for your stay. Form hear you have quick access to the Provo Airport, UVU, BYU, downtown Provo, Sundance Mountain Resort, 5th Water Hot Springs, Utah Lake State Park, Uinta National Forest. There are multiple golf courses nearby, boating and water sports at Utah Lake and Deer Creek state parks, restaurants, shopping, and movie theaters. Provo Central Station is close by, too. The space Enjoy a relaxing stay in a master suite with king size sleigh bed. The additional guest bedrooms have queen sleigh beds. There is plenty of dresser and closet space to take advantage of while you're here. The kitchen has cookware you would need for cooking and preparing a great meal, snack, or just a morning cup of joe. Full size appliances, including refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove/oven. The front living space has seating for 6, the coffee table top lifts and also opens to double as a table. There are books and games in the coffee table and hutch. 47" hi-definition Smart TV. Go to MyApps to login to your favorite streaming apps/channels! The backyard is a technically a shared space, but you'll have private use of the backyard and hot tub during your stay. Large grass area for stretching your legs, hot tub that seats 5-6, a propane BBQ, and outdoor seating. The entrance is downstair to the backyard, so you'll need to be able to walk down and up stairs to access the lower unit. NO PETS (Unfortunately, pets have completely destroyed my property previously, and I won't accept pets of any type or size). Guest access There is 1 parking space on the left side of the driveway/garage. Take the stairs leading into the backyard to the left of the garage. Around the corner is the entrance to the cozy 3 bedroom suite. If you have more than 1 vehicle, additional parking is free street parking, which is first come first serve. Checkin begins at 4:00 pm Other things to note You may park on the left side of the extended driveway during your stay. Please be sure to park left of the 2 garage spaces, as those spaces are actively used. All additional parking is free street parking, which is first come first serve.
