My Grandma's House Fully Renovated EV Charger

Everyone loves staying at My Grandma's House! A full renovation in 2025 has brought this sweet little house back into the 21st century even though it was built nearly 100 years ago. This was literally my great grandma's house, and I've loved reviving it into a special place to host the wonderful people that come to Orangeville to visit family, climb our amazing sandstone boulders up Joe's Valley, play on the beautiful San Rafael Swell nearby, or for whatever reason brings you here. The space My Grandma's House offers two bedrooms, 3 beds, and a pull out sofa bed. Ceiling fans in each room, blackout curtains, closets, dressers, linens, pillows and a duvet/comforter. Bedroom #1 has a bunkbed with twin on top and on bottom. Bedroom #2 features a Cal-King bed. Sheets for the pull out couch can be found in the closet of bedroom #1. Bed side tables with lamps provide a USB port as does the headboard of the Cal-King bed frame. Pack-n-play crib is also available and can be found next to the bunkbed. Enjoy the new bathroom with a walk-in glass shower, toilet and sink cabinet. Kitchen was renovated with all new everything. Start your morning off with some coffee in the Keurig, delicious designer tea or hot chocolate. Of course, you can expect to find all the other creature comforts that every kitchen offers. Do your laundry in the all-in-one washer/dryer with ease. Set it and forget it till it's dry! Living room has a sofa with extra seating behind it at a sofa table which provides outlets, USB ports and a place to sit and eat. Front and back yard are currently waiting on landscaping but please take advantage of the outdoor dining table under the covered carport or relax and read a book on the front patio rocker. BBQ is available for use, just remember to bring your own charcoal. A Level 2 EV charger is also available. House is equipped with outdoor cameras for extra security. We also provide covered parking so snow on your car in the winter won’t be a problem! I hope your stay at My Grandma's House is just as cozy, comfortable and enjoyable as your own grandma's house.
