The Urban Outlook is a private studio apartment located in Top Hat Neighborhood in Seattle. True to it's name, it overlooks the city scape with a large spacious deck for your morning coffee. Private entrance, with all the amenities you need for your stay. This studio is located above a private glassblowing studio, so naturally it is outfitted with handmade glass decor, including neon signage. The studio respects quiet hours to ensure a peaceful stay. Private washer/dryer in apartment The space This apartment is located in the backyard of my home. Access is from the driveway through a latched gate. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the upper deck and apartment but are asked to be respectful of the rest of the property/garage which is not available or accessable to guests. Other things to note We do have pets, an orange tabby and a miniature boxer. While we have guests, our dog will remain indoors unless we are outside to keep an eye on him. We will occasionally let the dog into the backyard under our supervision. He is very friendly. The apartment has a queen sized bed.
