Bungalow-style vacation home approx. 40 m² with additional terrace in Einsteinort Caputh for rent. The house can accommodate two people. With a bedroom, a living room and a bathroom with shower, there are plenty of opportunities to relax. The living room has a fold-out couch with coffee table, TV and a fireplace. In the spacious fitted kitchen with dining counter you will find everything you need in the kitchen. Parking is available for one car in front of the house. The space Note on the water temperature in the shower: A comparatively small water heater is installed in the house. This provides hot water for rinsing and hand washing. If the flow rate is set high during showering, the water temperature may cool down. A normal filter machine is available for making coffee. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Guest access The property is open, so not fenced. The location and code of the key safe will be communicated on the day of arrival. Other things to note Schwielowsee is about 500 m away. However, the jetty there is not open to the general public. For swimming, you can go to the Ferch, Templin or Caputh seaside resorts nearby. Especially the Caputh seaside resort with the local seaside resort is recommended. An evening in hot weather at sunset over the lake is unforgettable.
