An open staircase on the first floor of the house leads to the spacious living and kitchen area of the guest floor, equipped with a lounge, full kitchen and large dining table. Two separate bedrooms with access to a fully equipped bathroom are connected. A terrace runs along the entire width of the floor, where in the warm seasons a grill, a sun protection pergola, seating and sunbathing furniture as well as another dining table are available.
