Nestled in an idyllic vacation home community right on the water, our house offers the perfect combination of nature, comfort and proximity to the most beautiful excursion destinations around Potsdam and Werder. Max. 3 people + toddler, 45 m² house By the lake, you will find a large lawn, a swimming area, a fire pit, and benches that invite you to sit and relax at any time of day. The space Just 50 meters from the lake, you will find a detached 45 m² vacation home with a terrace. Inside, a cozy and modern equipment awaits you with everything you need for a relaxing stay: Light-filled living room with cozy sitting area (sunroom), fully equipped small kitchen, open-plan bedroom in the combined living area with access to the terrace (passageway to the bathroom), one extra bedroom with a single bed, and a built-in closet (ideal for older children) Bathroom with floor heating, shower, washing machine, hair dryer, towels, soap. The house has free Wi-Fi, TV, radio, and underfloor heating, making it enjoyable to stay in any season. The private garden invites you to sunbathe, play or barbecue – here you can relax. Two sun loungers are available. Guest access Our guests can use the entire property exclusively, including garden, terrace and extra access to the water with jetty and swimming area. Enjoy unforgettable days on the water – in the middle of nature and yet close to Potsdam and Berlin. You can rent SUP's and inflatable kayaks for a trip on the lake.
