Artist's villa - country house

Welcome to the Malerdorf Ferch am Schwielowsee . In a place where even 100 years ago, artists from the capital hustle and bustle of Berlin and Potsdam relaxed and met in this house. Here you will find almost everything you need for rest. Security, generosity, greenery and water . Feel free to look at the pictures and enjoy ourselves at and in our beautiful holiday home . You are welcome! The space The house is located on a plot of about 4000 sqm. Here you can barbecue, the children can slide, climb or jump on the trampoline. The property is not located directly on Lake Schwielow. However, a stitch path of about 200 m long leads to Schwielowsee to a beautiful public swimming spot with a small playground and ping pong table . The house offers on the ground floor next to a veranda, a spacious living room with fireplace, a kitchen and a guest bathroom . Upstairs, there is a large family bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a 'parents' bedroom with a double bed, and sleeping accommodation for additional people in the loft. A large children's room with a double bed completes the upper floor. In addition to visiting the many castles , parks, museums, exhibitions, forest gallery, yoga, cycling, etc., you will hardly be able to use all the possibilities of this wonderful place. Guest access All areas described, except for a locked additional study on the ground floor, which is currently being renovated. Other things to note Oh, and just a quick side note from me – we live in the house as a family, and it's not primarily a commercial property for us. This means you'll find traces of us everywhere – like photos, pictures, notes on the fridge, etc. You can use everything, eat everything, open the tins, use the bike or the SUP board, and so on. However, not everything is in perfect condition or anonymised – in other words, it's not a hotel. Also, please only take home nice memories and nothing that others might enjoy or remember.
