House with pool and sea in the condo of Praia da Baleia

House located in the Ponta Leste Tourist Corridor, in the beautiful Jacuacanga cove of Ilha Grande Bay, Angra dos Reis, just 150 km from Rio de Janeiro. Baleia Beach is inside the condominium. The land ends at the sea, with access to the small private deck and small adjacent beach. There are no buildings on the neighboring land, which provides a lot of privacy. Excellent place for those who seek tranquility, peace, nature, sea. Possibility of motorboat rental. The space The house has a pool and barbecue area. It also offers two single kayaks and a double kayak, as well as "spaghetti" buoys for fun in the sea in front of the house. The basic price is for up to six people in three oceanfront suites. The price is progressive from the seventh person, with a small increase per person, when the fourth suite is opened, which is lateral and overlooks Tartaruga beach. Before your reservation is approved, you must send a copy of the identity of the people who will be staying, your CPF and your proof of residence, as well as the brands, color and license plates of the cars, to inform the data to the concierge and allow your immediate access to the condominium. There is a "secret" mini beach on the adjacent (empty) land, difficult to access except through the house, which is covered by water at high tide and, therefore, officially does not exist and is not sought after. It is available for about 14 hours a day. It is predominantly shaded and very cool in summer (see photos). It is accessed by about 10 meters of grassy trail, from the coastal side of the house's grounds. It is ideal for a meeting, picnic and relaxing. It can be illuminated at night by the property's light. In addition, at low tide, a small beach appears in front of the deck of the house (see photo). Turtle beach is most easily accessed by sea, swimming or kayaking. At low tide, there is the possibility of walking along the coast, in a true encounter with nature. In some stretches, the trees practically cover this passage like a tunnel, by throwing their branches over the sea. If you stay too long on Tartaruga Beach and the tide rises, the return should be by sea or by the paved road to access the condominium. Access to the famous Baleia beach, which is inside the condominium, is by a trail that starts about 10 meters from the door of the house. We prefer to go by sea, kayaking or snorkeling, to enjoy a nature aquarium, with little fish swimming between rocks and starfish resting on the sand about 2-4 meters deep. It is not uncommon to find turtles swimming on this route. The sunset on Baleia beach is a spectacle. You just need to remember that you have to go back and not miss the twilight. Recently, whales were sighted at the end of Ponta Leste, near the Petrobras terminal (see photos). Finally, you can rent a speedboat and embark and disembark at the house itself, for a tour of the Cataguases Islands (with the right to dive and swim in its crystal clear waters and rest on its clear sands, option of shrimp pastel, etc.), the famous Dentista Beach, Lagoa Azul and Saco do Céu (with excellent restaurant options), or simply to stroll around Ilha Grande Bay. The access from BR 101 to the house is all paved, with only the condominium street being cobblestone. The city of Angra dos Reis is about 25 km from the house. Well before, about 10 km away, we have Marina Verolmes, with the Conversa Fiada restaurant, from where you can appreciate the marina's movement, with the Botas restaurant, a very modern brewery with a pleasant place to taste the varieties. Guest access Guests will receive the remote control for the gate and have access to the entire condominium, including Baleia beach. They will also receive the house key, with access to the rented rooms and the entire land, adjacent secret beaches and the sea. Other things to note The three original suites accommodate 6 people in queen size beds and two in single beds. They face the sea, with a balcony. From the seventh guest, the house offers progressive rates. From the ninth guest, the fourth suite is available, which is lateral, overlooking the sea and Tartaruga beach. All have air conditioning.
