Enjoy plenty of space in our bright, roomy basement level guest suite. Separate entrance locked off from main home. Our space includes a full primary suite, king bed w/walk-in 2 shower head shower and full bathtub and sitting area. There’s a separate area to work, stream your favorite shows, make dinner, read or play pool. Free parking with easy access to your separate entrance. Guests access a patio that’s shared with the main house. We live above the unit, you may hear us or our trusted pups. The space 1 bedroom with TV, king sized bed, black out curtains, full bath (2 head shower, bathtub, two sinks, vanity) 1 kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, convection/microwave/steamer, cooktop, TV and seating for 4 1 living area with 2 couches, TV, desk and pool table 1 patio with seating for 2 and grill Guest access You have a separate entrance that is locked off from the main house, you have a living room with TV, sectional couch, another couch, desk, pool table, board games/puzzles, work area, kitchen with seating and flat screen TV, with toaster, microwave/steamer/convection, 2-burner stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, primary bedroom with king sized bed, TV, chair, five-piece bathroom. Other things to note We have a motion detector mounted on the southwest corner of the living room. IT IS NOT A CAMERA! It is a motion detector for our security system. We disable the security system in the guest suite when we are hosting guests! Also of note, our door automatically locks in case you forget to lock the door after you arrive or go, after about 5 minutes. We live above the unit. We both work outside the home, from time to time work from home. You might hear us leaving for work in the morning. This is a great place if you’re interested in being in a nice, safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors, a beautiful park, plenty of space at a low price point.
