Just opened in Jan 2025! This unique studio is inspired by the history of Đa Kao Ward, famous in the 1960s for its tailors and áo dài dressmakers. Our retro unit features large windows to fill the room in natural light. It includes: -Hotel-style queen bed -Comfy sofa+coffee table -Full coffee+tea bar -Hotel-style queen bed -Long balcony -Full kitchen + dining table + 2 chairs -Big bathroom+rain shower We're in the city center, only 5 min from the zoo and 10 min from the Notre Dame Cathedral. The space Welcome to Đa Kao! Our retro studio takes inspiration from the history of our neighborhood. In the 1960s, the Đa Kao Ward was known for its high-end tailors and áo dài dressmakers. The bright, whimsical interior has a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa and coffee table, a big balcony, and a spacious bathroom. The studio features several large windows that fill the space with sunlight. We also have every amenity you could want for a short or long-term stay: - Queen platform bed with 4 pillows - Hotel-quality bed linens and towels - Plush sofa and coffee table - Dining table and 2 chairs - Smart TV with Netflix - Ultrafast 400Mbps wireless internet - Complimentary coffee and tea bar with several coffee and tea makers, and fresh Arabica beans and tea leaves - Filtered drinking water Full kitchen including: - Refrigerator with freezer - Stove, microwave and water kettle - Full set of pots and pans, plates, bowls, cups and utensils - Basic condiments The ensuite bathroom features: - Rain shower with hand spray - Toilet with hand spray - Toiletries provided including toothbrush, soap and shampoo On the roof top, you will have access to an open air patio and washer/dryer that is shared with other guests. Other amenities are available upon request including: -Toaster -Rice cooker -Blender -Baby crib, monitor and other devices Please note our unit is on the 2nd floor, accessed via stairs. If you need assistance with luggage, we are happy to help. Our unit sits in a small alley near the city center, only 5 min from the zoo and 10 min from the Notre Dame Cathedral. You will find many cafes, restaurants, and bars on the nearby streets of Nguyen Van Thu and Dinh Tien Hoang. If this room is not available for your dates, we have 6 other units at this location. Please contact us directly and we can help you book a stay. Guest access Guests will have the entire unit to themselves, including bathroom, kitchen and coffee bar. The only shared amenities is the washer/dryer located on the rooftop, accessible by stairs. Other things to note - As required by Vietnamese law, all guests must provide travel documentation prior to checkin, including passport/visa/entry stamp for foreigners and CCCD for Vietnamese. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us for assistance. - This unit is on the 2nd floor accessible by stairs (no elevator). If you need assistance with luggage, please inform our hosts. - The building is open 24 hours a day (no curfew). - Please contact us before booking if you plan to conduct any commercial activities at our unit, including photoshoots or filming. + An additional fee will apply and we will inform you the amount when we understand the nature of the activity. + Fees start from 3,000,000 VND and will go up depending on the crew size, duration and the nature of the activity.
