Please note: There is no internal connection between the two units. Guests must access each unit separately through their respective entrances. Unit #2: Skyline Vibes (Lower Level) Full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. 👶 Family-Friendly Amenities This home is family-friendly, offering a high chair, pack-n-play with sheets, and family-friendly games to keep little ones entertained. 🔥 Expansive Backyard & Outdoor Spaces The large backyard is shared between both units, providing plenty of space to relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Other things to note 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability.
