The space Peakstone Nest is a cozy single-level retreat that combines comfort, functionality, and warm design. A wall-mounted pot rack keeps essentials close at hand, while track lighting and a window above the sink add brightness. The adjacent dining area overlooks the backyard—ideal for relaxed meals or takeout from nearby spots. If you are bringing a pet, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring your furry friends. 👶 Kid-Friendly Touches Includes a pack-n-play and high chair to make family travel easy and comfortable. 🅿️ Parking Front street parking is available, along with one private spot in the back off the alleyway. Guest access 🔑You'll have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living areas, the kitchen, and outdoor spaces. Other things to note 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees: For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability.
