🅿️ Parking There is 1 parking space behind the house, with additional street-side parking available along the front curb. Guest access 🔑 You'll have full access to the home’s interior spaces—including all bedrooms, living areas, the kitchen, laundry area, and private backyard. While this is one side of a duplex, there are no shared interior or exterior spaces, and you'll have your own private entrance. Other things to note 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: Your unique entry code and check-in instructions will be added to your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels to make your stay more comfortable. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 per half hour late. 💵 Additional Fees: Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests can be arranged upon request (based on availability). These fees help cover extra scheduling or cleaning needs.
